Transformative Mindfulnes Methods are recognized as a social and healthcare program for universal education for compassion and wisdom by The Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom, UK, whose patron is His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
Transformative Mindfulness International has established a partnership with the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work's Applied Mindfulness Meditation Program to provide programs and training. Already, in 2012, Transformative Mindfulness Methods were included in University of Florence's Masters Degree program in Neurological and Clinical Application of Mindfulness and Meditation for Healthcare Professionals. In 2013, this program will be also certified by University of Toronto's Faculty of Social Work as part of their Inter-professional Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certificate Program.

16 Guidelines for Life - Universal education for developing compassion and wisdom 16 Guidelines for Life is a book, now integrated into schools, social services programs, prisons, healthcare and advocacy in 6 languages and 23 countries, co-authored by Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw and Alison Murdoch for The Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom whose patron is The Dalai Lama. It is also adapted for children and youth.
We are one of the only sources of Facilitator Training in the Five Tibetan Yogas, as taught by ZaChoeje Rinpoche. With a foundation in Tibetan Buddhism, this is a profound set of flowing exercises that increase your energy and joy in your pursuit of happiness. Facilitators are now trained in Canada, USA and UK.
